Group Clases
Group Classes are capped at 12 people, keeping classes small enough to ensure you receive some personal attention and feedback from the coach.

Private Training
We offer private training for individuals or small groups of up to 4. This is a great option if you're just getting started, don't like working in larger groups or just want more personalized training. Each session is tailored to you/your group and designed with your goals, abilities and availability in mind.
Workshops & Seminars
Once in a while we host workshops and seminars to focus on a particular lift. Sometimes we bring in coaches and experts from other gyms.
Open Gym
Open Gym is available to members through CrossFit Stratford. Get in touch with Coach Mike or chat with Coach Margo about how to get started.
Community Classes
Once a month we offer a free class for the community to dip their toes in the sport of weightlifting. These classes are for non-members only
Visitor Pass
Visiting from out of town or another gym? Awesome! Grab a drop-in or weekly pass.
