Welcome to the Stratford Weightlifting Club!

Here, we’re all about fostering a vibrant community where strength meets fun. Our small class sizes ensure that every member receives the attention they deserve while enjoying a supportive environment.

what we offer

Group Clases

Group Classes are capped at 12 people, keeping classes small enough to ensure you receive some personal attention and feedback from the coach. 

Group Classes include: 

  • Weightlifting practice (open to all levels)

  • Women's only classes

  • Youth classes

Private Training

We offer private training for individuals or small groups of up to 4. This is a great option if you're just getting started, don't like working in larger groups or just want more personalized training. Each session is tailored to you/your group and designed with your goals, abilities and availability in mind. 

Workshops & Seminars

Once in a while we host workshops and seminars to focus on a particular lift. Sometimes we bring in coaches and experts from other gyms.

Community Classes

Once, sometimes twice a month we offer a free class for the community to dip their toes in the sport of weightlifting. These classes are for beginners and all fitness levels and abilities.  We'll break down the two primary lifts into bite-size, easy-to-follow pieces, using only a lightweight PVC pipe to practice. Sign up online, no purchase required!

Visiting from out of town or another gym? Awesome! Grab a drop-in or weekly pass.

  • Yes! Our classes are designed for all levels and bodies. However, we do ask that new members complete an onboarding session with the head Coach where you'll discuss your goals and learn the movements. 

    You can book your intro session online.
