Service Description

Classes focus on the two primary lifts: the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. Classes programmed to ensure athletes are building the necessary skills, strength and mobility to lift safely. General class structure: 10-20 mins of warmup/mobility 40ish mins of lifting practice. 10 mins Accessory work
