Schedule a private session 4. Get in touch! We'll discuss your goals, availability and budget to find the right option for you.
I'm new to weightlifting
New = very little to no experience with the two primary lifts: the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. Before attending a class, we require members to complete a fundamentals package where you will discuss your goals, assess where you're at and chat about what membership option is best for you. Not ready to commit? Attend a free community class to give it a try without any financial investment. Can't wait to see you there!
